Recommended Routine Using Japanese Skincare Products
Japanese skincare emphasizes gentle care, hydration, and consistency. Here’s a beginner-friendly guide:
1. Cleanser (Face Wash) – Remove Dirt and Oil
Use a gentle foaming cleanser morning and night.
Removes dirt, sweat, and oil without stripping the skin.
Choose a product suitable for your skin type (dry, oily, sensitive).
For night-care, please add make up clensing oil / cream before the facewash or use facewash the one
has make up remove use.
2. Toner (Lotion) – Hydrate and Prepare Skin
Japanese toners are designed to hydrate, not dry out.
Toner helps to soften and balance your skin after cleansing.
Pour a few drops into your hands and gently press onto your face. This prepares your skin to better absorb serums and moisturizers.
Ideal for all skin types, especially in humid climates like Bangladesh.
3. Essence or Serum – Treat Skin Concerns
Concentrated formulas to target problems like dryness, dullness, or spots.
Please choose what to use or not to use, according to your current skin problems or condition.
Use 2–3 drops after toner, gently pat into skin.
4. Moisturizer (Cream or Gel) – Lock in Hydration
Keeps your skin soft and protects the moisture barrier.
Use cream if your skin is dry, or gel if it's oily.
Especially important during hot, humid Bangladeshi weather.
5. Sunscreen (Morning Only) – Essential Protection
Protects from sun damage and prevents aging & pigmentation.
Always apply in the morning, even on cloudy days.
Use SPF 30 or higher. Reapply if you sweat or are outdoors long.
Exfoliator (1–2 times/week) – Removes dead skin cells.
Sheet Masks – Boost hydration and glow.
Use lightweight formulas in humid seasons.
Always wash your hands before touching your face.
Start with simple steps — you can add more as you understand your skin better.
